To honor the commitment between our clients and our studio, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service will be applied, ensuring that our team's dedicated time is respected and valued.

In the event of a no-show without prior notification, we regrettably must charge the full appointment fee. This policy supports our commitment to excellence and respect for the time our team invests in each client engagement.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can affect your schedule. Should you anticipate a delay in your arrival, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We strive to accommodate minor delays, however, arrival more than 5 minutes past your scheduled time may necessitate rescheduling your appointment to ensure we can continue to provide the high-quality service our clients expect. In such instances, a rescheduling fee may be incurred.
